How much does shipping cost? We offer tiered shipping rates to suit your needs. Standard Shipping is $5.99 for orders between $0.00 and $49.00. We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders of $49.00 and above. For those who need their items sooner, Expedited Shipping is available for a flat rate of $8.99.

How can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

What is your return policy? We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated facility in Germany.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact service@liigr.com immediately. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make further modifications.

Are your vases waterproof? Most of our glazed ceramic vases are designed to hold water. However, for certain unglazed or antique-finished pieces, we recommend using a waterproof liner if you intend to display fresh flowers. Please check the specific product detail page for care instructions.
