Return Policy

At liigr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your vase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at service@liigr.com. Once your return is authorized, you will need to ship the item to our designated return center.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
